This is the highest grade of white tea available before one enters the stratosphere in pricing for white teas such as Peony White Needle Tea.  A jam flavored tea with sweet notes and a lingering finish.  A good bodied tea with a very satisfying flavor.

Brew at 190 degrees for 3 - 4 minutes.
