100 Monkeys, a rare white Mao Feng tea from Hunnan.  Excellent new season tea flavor.  White teas are slightly fermented and come from selected varietal tea bushes.  White tea is very high in polyphenols.

Brew at 190 degrees for 3 - 4 minutes.
