Formosa Oolong from Taiwan has a smooth and slight sweet taste; tasty with a touch of dryness.  Oolong is best when blanched first with hot water; then reinfused tea is poured after 1 minute.  The leaves may be infused several times.  You will notice that the liquors will differ at each infusion.
